Professional facilitation of the board and CEO evaluation process can improve communication and understanding of mutual expectations, provide an objective feedback, and help ensure that the process is constructive and leads to improvement of organizational performance. The purpose of the board/CEO evaluation is not to create a report card, but to create a better future.
